Because Beta Testing mode is utilising extra AI elements to help improve the accuracy of the GolfTrak app, you may experience some issues or bugs during the testing process.
We've added some of our most common bugs that you may experience and how to troubleshoot each of them.
A: To enable the Beta Mode, you need at least 12MB of free space on your device.
Check Storage Space: Go to your device settings and check your available storage. If you don't have at least 12MB of free space, you'll need to free up some space.
Uninstall Unnecessary Apps: Consider uninstalling apps that you don't use to free up space.
Restart the App: Once you've freed up sufficient space, restart the app and try enabling beta test mode again.
A: The upload speed may be impacted by the performance of your device and other apps running in the background.
Close Other Apps: Make sure to close any other apps that may be running in the background to free up system resources.
Leave App Open: Make sure to keep the app open and stay on the upload screen while the upload is in progress.
Check Internet Connection: A slow internet connection could also cause long upload times. Make sure you're on a stable and fast network.
Restart the App: If the problem persists, try restarting the app and initiating the upload process again.
A: This could be due to insufficient processing power on your device or other apps utilizing too many system resources.
Close Other Apps: Ensure that you don't have too many other apps running in the background, as this can use up valuable system resources.
