Refunds for in-app purchases on iOS are handled by Apple. If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, follow these steps:
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com in your browser and log in with your Apple ID.
Find the purchase you want refunded.
Choose Request a Refund (if available), and provide any necessary information.
Apple’s support team will evaluate your request and notify you of their decision. Our in-app support team can guide you to this process but cannot issue refunds directly.
