Sometimes, it can take up to 2 mins to activate your simulator after a confirmed GolfTrak PRO subscription purchase.
If it is still not activating, confirm the purchase was successful by reviewing your Subscriptions in your iPhone’s Settings. If everything looks correct but the app still won’t grant simulator access:
Pull down, or hit the refresh icon on the Simulators page. This will prompt the app to search for any available updated simulator connections.
‘Hard Close’ the app by swiping up (on iPhone 11 and newer models) or double tapping (on iPhone SE models) to reveal all recent apps. Swipe the GolfTrak app up and away to close it. Reopen it to see if the simulator connections have refreshed.
