GolfTrak works by capturing the moment of club impact and tracking the actual flight of the ball. Without a ball in the shot, there’s no flight data to analyze—so no carry, ball speed, or spin numbers can be generated.
So while shadow swings are great for tempo, you'll need a real ball in play for GolfTrak to give you the full shot data you're after.
