No, you don't need to go full send every time.

GolfTrak can pick up short shots and even putts when you're connected to a simulator program. So whether you're dialling in your wedges or rolling putts on a virtual green, the app has you covered.

One thing to keep in mind for indoor mode — the ball needs to reach your net or screen to register as a valid shot. If it doesn't make it there, GolfTrak won't count it.

For every mode, a confident swing gives the app more data to work with. You don't have to grip it and rip it, but a half-hearted tap won't give you the most accurate read either.

Swing with purpose and GolfTrak will do the rest.
