During the shot setup process, we measure key variables to help make our shot tracking as accurate as possible. Following the steps outlined is crucial to recording accurate shots:
Total distance from your phone to the screen/net or impact surface
The tilt and angle of your phone to capture the hitting and impact area
The distance from your phone to your ball
We take the following steps to make our shot tracking as accurate as possible:
Place the phone in landscape mode with the rear camera on the left side.
Position a ball where you will hit from.
Use the scanning function to map out the floor surface.
Place the marker flag at the bottom of the net/screen or choose to enter the distance manually.
Position the phone one club length (approximately 1.2m/4 ft.) behind the ball.
Adjust the phone tilt to capture the hitting area.
Position the ball within the detection area as prompted.
When you hear "Ready" , see the READY FOR SHOT notice on screen or see the camera FLASH twice, it's time to take your shot.
The app will beep when it has detected a new shot and will process the results immediately. Results will be displayed on screen and announced via audio (based on your app settings)
